Founded in 2026 by three experienced paramedics, PB Medical Services was created with a simple vision: to deliver event medical services the right way.
With a combined seven years of frontline event medicine experience, we have supported a diverse range of events, from motorsport and equestrian competitions to sporting fixtures, large-scale festivals, and outdoor events. Our expertise extends beyond patient care, encompassing event planning, operational delivery, and medical management, allowing us to provide a complete and professional service tailored to the unique requirements of each event.

When events take place in difficult to access locations, our dedicated off-road response vehicles allow us to reach patients quickly and safely. From rural venues and motorsport circuits to endurance events and challenging outdoor environments, we provide reliable medical support where conventional vehicles cannot. We have a range of 4x4 stretcher capable and rescue/response vehicles to suit your needs. We aim to deliver safe, prompt and effective care with minimal disruption to your event requirements.

We have handpicked our CQC registered partners to align to our quality and standards.
